If you're currently a member on a public marketplace plan, look at the letter we sent you for details about your renewal or what plan you'll be moved to in 2017. If you’re on a plan directly from us, you can add dependents to your plan with our SEP Enrollment Form if you qualify for a Special Enrollment Period (SEP).

If you had a Transitional Plan in 2013 and chose to keep it, you can still keep it for 2017. But you could get better coverage and save money by switching to a public or direct plan.
