Open enrollment is closed for 2024 coverage. However, individuals can still enroll during a Special Enrollment Period (SEP) if there is a qualifying event as defined by the IRS. Qualifying events include marriage, divorce, birth or adoption of a child, and a change in your employment or your spouse’s employment. Enrollment during a Special Enrollment Period must occur within 31 days of the qualifying event, and supporting documentation of the event may be required. If you have questions or would like help finding the plan made for you, call us at (877) 686-1168 (TTY 711).
Our plans are point of service (POS) plans. With these, you get a primary doctor and the freedom to go out of network. Even though you can see out-of-network doctors, you’ll save money when you stay in network.
And don’t worry: Our network is broad – we have over 30,000 providers, including primary care doctors, specialists, industry-leading hospitals and more. Great care is never too far away, and it’s likely the doctors and hospitals you already know are in our network.
Plus, we don’t require you to get a referral to see an in-network specialist. However, your doctor might. Check with them before you see a specialist or other provider to make sure you’ve taken the proper steps. And if there’s no in-network specialist to treat your specific condition, we’ll help you find one – and you’ll pay the in-network cost if you get prior authorization from us.
Last but not least, you’ll have worldwide coverage for urgent and emergency care.
The Open Enrollment Period is held every year from November 1 through January 15. Please see below for plan options. If it is outside the enrollment period, you may also be able to enroll via a Special Enrollment Period (SEP).
